Location: Norfolk, Virginia

Duties:

• Provides Tier II support in UARNOC; establish/maintain connectivity between sites.
• Resolve technical issues escalated by the Tier I Watch; including hardware and software components installed in the UARNOC dealing with interface and interoperability problems.
• Installs, tests, configures, and maintains workstations and peripherals within the Fleet Network Operations Center (FLTNOC).
• Collects data using standard tools; analyzes the data; reports vulnerabilities to POR offices to resolve tracking status of outstanding vulnerabilities and provides compliance reports to the Information Assurance (IA) Department for all networks.

Condition of Employment :

• Must be a U. S. Citizen
• Able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
