IT Support Engineer - South Yorkshire - £23-28K

An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a 1st/2nd line support engineer to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will respond to 1st/2nd line incidents providing deskside support which will include solving and closing tickets.This is an office based role in there South Yorkshire office.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Providing deskside support which will include solving and closing tickets.
• Assisting with onsite hardware support and mobile devices
• Infrastructure maintenance
• Maintaining operating systems ensuring they are up to date and patched.
• Hosting IT workshops with internal staff
• Windows 11
• Windows Server 2016+
• SQL Server 17+
• Active Directory
• IT procurement and printer/photocopiers maintenance
• General administration and data processing to include auditing equipment and keeping asset register updated.
• Networking – routers and switching.
