IT Support TechnicianOur client base in the heart of Rutland, in Uppingham, is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician. As a vital member of our IT department, you'll collaborate closely with our IT Manager to deliver top-notch support across our entire company network. Your role will encompass providing first-line support, managing account setups, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring seamless installation and configuration of hardware. Additionally, you'll have the exciting opportunity to spearhead various IT projects to drive our company towards its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- First Line Support for multiple users
- Account setup and management
- Technical documentation generation and upkeep
- Installation and configuration of devices
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Administering PCs and mobile devices
You'll be at the forefront of several exciting IT projects, including H&S software implementation, server consolidation, ERP system support, warehouse scanning, IoT device integration, CCTV, printing solutions, SharePoint migration, and data storage restructuring.
Skills and Experience:- Windows Server administration experience
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, Friday, 8 am
to 4 pm
