At RPI we do things a little differently, and that applies to our search for new internal talent as well. Quality is much more important than quantity to us, so we are looking for that “something special” in our next hire. We currently have an opportunity for IT Contract Recruitment Specialist to join our London team.


Your day to day;

It goes without saying that every day won't be the same but here's a few things you're likely to spend your time with us doing. You'll be;

  • Developing a strong sales pipeline including contingency recruitment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships at the highest level to ensure effective penetration of allocated major accounts.
  • growing your client database by adding new logos to your established portfolio


About you;

Whilst each of our employees come from varying backgrounds and unique experiences there are a few things we’d love to see you check the boxes on;

  • You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in 360 recruitment.
  • You'll have a strong background in a niche market area for example: BSS, ERP, Architecture, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, Cyber.
  • Strong negotiating skills and used to dealing with multiple stakeholders (client side and internal)
  • You’ll have a minimum of 3 years IT Contracts experience (SC) and min 5 yrs. experience (PC) including signing up new logo’s, identifying and placing resources.
  • You’ll be experienced in managing a book of at least 20 runners.
  • You'll have a confident approach to developing new business relationships.
  • You’ll be a self-starter – we’ll give you all the tools and support you need to get started but your ability to move proactively will determine your long-term success.
