Key Activities

• Spend some time with the team, learning about the basic principles of a good recruitment life cycle. eg: 

• Research / headhunting / Direct Sourcing

• Application and CV sifting

• Phone Screens

• Final Round of Interviews

• Tests and Presentations

• Turning JD into a good Vacancy advert

Minimum Criteria

• Must be over 16 years old

• Complete the application form for the placement you are interested in
