As an IDAM Programme Manager, you will be involved in significant stakeholder engagement at central and local site level, planning and delivery, and reporting on a day-to-day and key milestone/deliverable basis.

In your first few weeks in this Programme Manager role, you can expect to:

• Prepare and publish aligned stakeholder reporting for all programme governance forums requiring review input from analysts, partners and up to C-Level
• Be responsible for end-to-end planning of initiatives
• Create, coordinate, monitor and communicate status and activities
• Track, mitigate, resolve and escalate systematic and individual programme risks and issues as required
• Maintain alignment and close working relationships across project team, operations, business and process owners and other divisional area representatives/managers against scope and timelines.

To apply for this IDAM Programme Manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• Working knowledge of change/delivery methods and associated controls from conception to realization (e.g. MoP, MSP, PRINCE2, MoR etc.) and in-house / local tailoring (Required)
• Experience of Identity and Access Management governance environments, challenges, and best practices
• Implemented large scale Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and monitoring.
• Experience in delivering IDAM Change / Transformation
• Experience delivering IDAM Change/Transformation
• Expertise in synthesizing and clearly communicating complex information to all audiences up to C-Level leaders.
