Immediate Start Cleaner Required For Communal Cleaning (Luton LU2) (40 hours/per week)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaner to join our team in Luton. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily cleaning of communal areas within a residential complex.

Rate of Pay: £11.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of communal areas, including hallways, stairwells, elevators, and common rooms

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

• Dusting and polishing surfaces

• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms

• Replenishing supplies, such as toilet paper and soap

• Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate person

• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required

• Must be eligible to work in the UK
