Legal Counsel

Hybrid (2 to 3 days a week onsite)

Salary £100,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Oakwell Hampton are excited to be partnered with a tech client of ours who are seeking a Legal Counsel for an incredible In-House opportunity with this global tech company.

Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
• 5-8 years’ PQE of relevant experience
• Solid legal knowledge in all relevant areas
• Experience in drafting and negotiation of sales, services and/or software transactions with private or public sector customers, partners and/or suppliers.
• Experience in advising on complex, high value/risk contracts and other matters (which may include advice on commercial law, competition law, subscriptions, consumer protection, or consumer credit regulation).
• Experience in liaising with business and other stakeholders, preferably including cross-functional collaborations.

Telecoms industry experience is a bonus but not a necessity.
