The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development.   • Ensure company policies & procedures are adhered to; both VS & Next

Maximize Selling & Service

Driving results through ;

  • Demonstrate selling & service expectations to support in achieving store sales goals
  • Providing all customers with a best in class experience that’s personal to them & their needs
  • Ability to understand top line sales & category results to take own actions to support store improvement
  • Drives a primary focus on Bras as the Brand differentiator & develops Best At Bras mindset & behaviours
  • Displays expert product knowledge & takes initiative to elevate personal & peer knowledge of product categories
  • Support Leadership in delivering VM expectations both day to day as well as floorset activity
  • Understand top line Mystery Shop results & your part to play in improvement
  • Displaying competitor awareness
  • Ability to cover area’s such as processing of shipment as needed
  • Maintains tidy stockroom as well as shop floor understock to brand standards, to enable efficient replenishment
  • Reinforcing store strategy to reduce shrink

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' store management experience preferable
  • Customer centric with a positive attitude
  • Experience in building relationships
  • Passion for developing others
