Full Job Description
Leading global finance house seeks an experienced derivatives/structured products or fund finance lawyer to join its high calibre fixed income legal function.
You are likely to be at least 3 PQE and working either for a top tier law firm and/or the in-house department of a leading sell side or buy side financial institution.
This team’s core focus is on bespoke, complex financings. The work requires team members to be flexible, adaptable and comfortable applying their legal skills to novel situations and transactions.
Core experience in one or other of derivatives/structured products or fund finance would be highly beneficial.
