- Job Type: 12 weeks temporary to permanent
- Location: Hams Hall, Office Based
- Full-time: 40 hours per week (rotational shifts between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday)

The Role
- Managing and resolving customer queries professionally
- Processing customer orders promptly and accurately
- Timely response to emails and inbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Making outbound calls to verify and update customer information
- Collaborating effectively with internal departments to address customer needs
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service (retail, hospitality or office-based)
- Ownership of a car due to the location
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in keyboard operations with high accuracy
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
