• Full-time: 40 hours per week (rotational shifts between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday)

The Role

• Managing and resolving customer queries professionally
• Processing customer orders promptly and accurately
• Timely response to emails and inbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Making outbound calls to verify and update customer information
• Collaborating effectively with internal departments to address customer needs

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service (retail, hospitality or office-based)
• Ownership of a car due to the location
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficiency in keyboard operations with high accuracy
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
