InfoSec Supply Chain Assurance Analyst

The Supply Chain Assurance Analyst will focus on the administrative aspects of third-party risk, including liaising with the relevant teams, process improvement, answering queries and chasing questionnaires. The role includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of third-party risk strategies with overall business objectives and compliance requirements. 

THE CHALLENGE:

•  Maintain third-party risk management processes in line with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.  
• Support third-party risk assessments, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities in partnerships and vendor relationships.  
• Manage the processes for continuous monitoring and evaluation of third-party risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.  
• Collaborate with internal teams to align third-party risk management practices with overall cybersecurity initiatives.  
• Provide support and guidance to teams regarding third-party risk management. Processes 
• Coordinate third-party audits 
• Develops training and awareness programs focused on third-party risk management to enhance organizational understanding and capability in managing external risks. 

YOUR PROFILE: 

• Extensive experience in administration of third-party risk processes 
• Familiarity with key concepts related to IT security and data management, especially as they pertain to third-party and vendor relationships.  
• Experienced in undertaking supply-chain quality assessments in accordance with associated, procedures, and technical specifications. 
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes 
• ISO27k LA certification is desirable but not essential
