Are you an experienced delivery consultant or account manager (180 or 270) in the IT Infrastructure space? Absolute Recruit is an established boutique recruiter specialising in IT, Finance & Transformation and we are looking to build our team.

We have several large clients and a multitude of SMEs who rely on us to deliver quality staff to their businesses. The role will involve working closely with a Senior Consultant to deliver a high-quality and efficient service, typical roles that you will be recruiting for are;

• 1st / 2nd / 3rd Line Technical Support Engineers
• Infrastructure Engineer, Architect
• IT Support Manager / Service Delivery Manager
• IT / Infrastructure Manager
• Head of Information Technology
• IT Director
• Chief Information Officer / Chief Technology Officer
• Network Analyst, Engineer, Architect
• Cyber Security Analyst, Engineer, Architect
• Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician
• Network Manager

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients to provide advice on the best route to market, salary & benefit benchmarking.
• Candidate generation – Proactively sourcing relevant, high-calibre candidates, this will involve utilising multiple methods and channels including headhunting, re-generation, marketing, social media, networking etc
• Writing adverts to display on our website, LinkedIn and other job boards in order to attract talent and screening applications.
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face screening interviews to qualify candidates
• Checking all necessary compliance documentation and updating on our database
• Maintain candidate engagement via regular contact to monitor progress
• Support with administrative duties (i.e. branding CV’s, uploading candidates to the system etc.)

Desirables:

• Ability to thrive in a high-performance, targeted environment
• Strong IT and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Previous recruitment experience
• Ability to think on your feet and learn from your mistakes (we all make them!)
