Full Job Description

Role: Information Technology Service Delivery Manager


Skills: Office 365, Email, Exchange, Teams, LAN, WAN, RDS, VPN, Server infrastructure, understanding of Cloud server management, Media player deployment including software upgrades and enhancements, Planning and implementation of upgrades, Line management experience and liaising with internal stakeholders.


We have a long-standing relationship with a great company based in Hertfordshire who are cross-platform tech agency working with an impressive range of clients spanning leisure, retail and hospitality. They are now looking to expand the team further by adding an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager to their ranks. This position is on a permanent basis.


£55,000 – Technical Manager – Hertford (Hybrid)


They have hybrid working which is 4 days remote and once a week in the Hertford office.

(However, if you would prefer to be in the office more often this is fine too)


Based on your level of experience salaries range up to £55,000 per annum


This is a key role in a creative tech agency, which is growing on a global scale.


Skills Needed:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Office 365 / Email / Teams / Dynamics 365
  • Local / Wide area networks, Security, Remote workers / VPN
  • Server infrastructure
  • Understanding of Cloud server management
  • Media player deployment including software upgrades and enhancements
  • Planning and implementation of upgrades
  • Collaboration with 3rd party partners
  • Line management experience
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders
