This role is critical for ensuring that the IT infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting both local and remote teams. The candidate is expected to have a deep understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, networking, and security protocols, as well as a proficiency in supporting Apple products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for hardware and software issues, ensuring high satisfaction for end users, including senior management and remote teams.
  • Coordinate maintenance with service providers for internet, MPLS, and IT assets to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, including inventory tracking and compliance.
  • Support corporate communications by providing reliable audio-video services for meetings and events.
  • Demonstrate expertise in network fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, IP addressing) and authentication systems, including proficiency with corporate Active Directory.
  • Oversee security measures, including compliance with security policies, managing Windows security patches, and conducting audits.
  • Ensure data integrity through effective backup and restoration procedures.
  • Work collaboratively across teams for server and network device configuration/troubleshooting.
  • Liaise with vendors for timely resolution of hardware issues.
  • Implement and adhere to ITIL-based processes for incident, service request, change, and problem management.
  • Provide expert support for Apple products, including MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones, ensuring alignment with security protocols.


Skill Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
  • Proficient in Cisco networking, Polycom devices, and Apple product support.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes.
  • Certifications in CCNA, ITIL, MCP preferred, showcasing a strong foundation in networking, service management, and Microsoft technologies.d
