Legal Advisor

working within one of CRIF Group UK companies to provide legal advice and support to the CRIF UK & Ireland based companies (the “Companies ”).

Your tasks:

• Provide a wide range of legal advice and counsel on commercial law, IT and regulatory
• Provide legal advice on complex contract related matters, draft, review and negotiate various commercial/IT contracts with customers, suppliers and third parties in general.
• Provide legal advice on corporate law and legal affairs matters.
• Work with other departments across the globe and with HQ legal department to ensure contracts and advice accurately reflects business needs and group policies

Your Profile:

• English law qualified solicitor. If possible, knowledge and understanding of Irish law;
• 5 + years PQE as a legal counsel in an international law firm or in a legal department of a multinational company. Previous experience on IT/software industry would be a plus.
• Very good knowledge of data protection,IT law,general contract law and corporate law.
• Ability to work in an international environment and in multi-disciplinary teams;
• Excellent communication, drafting and negotiating skills, and ability to work independently;
• Flexibility to engage in domestic and international (mainly across Europe) travel.
• Fluent in spoken/written English
