My client is an established, Birmingham based, high growth, international B2B SaaS business that provides mobility optimization software/hardware solutions that helps with location management of vehicles and operating efficiencies. With a firm focus on delivery and customer service, they power some of the largest block parking operations and automotive retailers in the UK, with footprints also in Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, handling 5m car movements per year with more than 3k employees using their platform daily.

As a result of continued growth and expanding their product offering, they wish to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of their optimised vehicle movement program and working towards being their subject specialist on autonomous vehicles.

You will take the lead on a new product release to their standard platform, which makes best fit decisions on when / where to move vehicles in order to reduce movement time and increase site utilisation. You will lead a team comprising of developers, a product manager and an external agency (lead by a Professor of Mathematics from a prestigious University) to essentially sense check the detail and data outputs and build out visible KPIs to highlight benefits. In addition to Q&A testing, you will lead on the beta testing with customers and ensure smooth implementation and customer success. You will also work cross functionally with other internal stakeholders across engineering and operations; and externally with client customers for benefit realisation and business case owners.

You will be working with some of the largest operators in the industry across various airport locations (domestic and international) to oversee operational excellence; focusing on customer success, project delivery and ultimately, great end user (airport passenger) experiences.

This would suit an ambitious individual with 5-10 years experience in delivering data/mathematical/analytical projects alongside experience of operations research and efficiency projects to improve services within an automotive, logistics, warehouse or courier environment. Ideally, you will have a background in business/data analysis and have supported data rich product releases for operations focused optimisation solutions.

Reporting into the VP Product and Managing Director, this is a high-profile role taking responsibility for a new product release that has been projected to double revenues post customer adoption.

This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in the office 1-2 days per week.
