We currently offer the following position in our office in Milton Keynes or Vienna, which will be a hybrid Inside Service Sales Specialist role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Sell service contracts and services offerings via email and telephone

  • Generate contract quotes using SAP and deliver to the customer via email and negotiate either on the phone or email to generate the purchase order

  • Tender Management in coordination with the Regional Service Manager, Service Sales Account Manager and involved sales teams

  • Achieve team and individual quotas for Orders and Sales and other defined KPIs

  • Provide contract renewal information to existing customers. Foster and maintain customer relationships to facilitate growth with channel partners

  • Help customers without service contracts to understand the value of our service offerings and convert customers with warranty into service agreements

  • Create new opportunities and follow up on open opportunities, both internally and externally. Close the sale by collection of a purchase order

  • Work with field service engineers and field sales by means of lead management in the sale of contracts; create quotations and close sales leads provided by the field representatives

  • Utilise the DBS tools for Standard Work and Daily Management (e.g. Forecasting, Funnel Management, Value Selling and others)

  • Maintain medium and high revenue workflow and advanced opportunities funnel

  • Keep up-to-date with knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested

  • Proactively call existing and prospective new customers to grow the service contract and services offerings businesses 

Requirements

  • German & English - Fluent (written and spoken) is mandatory. Speaking Dutch or French would also be beneficial.

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in solution offerings within tele-sales

  • Strong in time and self-management and achieving set targets

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SFDC
