Pattern is expanding and we are looking for an experienced expert in reporting & analytics to join our European Team in London or Munich to drive efficiencies and insight across the European organization.

The role will report to the eCommerce Director and will work cross-functionally improve efficiencies, scale reporting and generate insight for the European team.

The core responsibilities of the eCommerce Strategy and Analytics Manager reflect the following:

  • Assist with reporting, automation and prioritisation across data applications.
  • Develop tools and solutions to collect, process and report data at scale.
  • Work with Advertising and Brand Management to generate insight to drive growth in the category and beyond.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to improve efficiencies for Europe teams by automate data extraction, reporting and insight generation

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business administration, strategy, economics or related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive professional experience as an analyst, consultant, planner, and/or product manager
  • Advanced capabilities in Excel, SQL, Python and Tableau with strong visual reporting skills
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, preferably within ecommerce
  • Proven success in process improvement, creative problem solving, and business strategy
  • Second European language highly preferred but not required
  • Expertise in generative AI preferred but not required
  • Humble, resilient, highly motivated, and focused on outcomes.

  • An initial phone interview with Pattern’s talent acquisition team

  • A 2nd  stage video interview with a presentation
  • A final interview with the European General Manager
