JR157: Installation & Rigging Team Leader
Location: Garston, Liverpool
Salary: Circa £40,000+ Per Annum

Recruitment are currently seeking an Installation & Rigging Team
Leader on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work as commissioner / Rigger / installer to support field installation and maintenance activities.
- Handle physical rigging activities in tower structures, roof tops and telecom installation sites in a safe manner.
- H&S and quality lead for all site-based activity.
- Perform site surveys and audits as instructed.
- Perform and follow site access procedures of site providers in UK
- Complete acceptance / hand over documentation.
- Complete site survey documentation.
- Ensure site works is delivered safely with high quality.
- Provide leadership and share knowledge with installers 3rd parties.
- Carry out testing & commissioning of the specific radio links.
- Assist operations with specific tasks as instructed to support new projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced tower climber certification
- Tower rescue certified
- First aid at height certified
- RF Awareness certified
- Lifting and rigging certification including use of capstan winch.
- Working at height (medically able and certified)
- Broad knowledge of radio principles.
- In depth knowledge of microwave principles.
- Technical radio engineering experience.
- Trained in creation and implementation of RAMS and control measures.
- PPE inspection certified (desirable)
- LOLER / PUWER certified (desirable)
- Asbestos awareness trained
- MS Office, including Excel, Word.
