Installations Engineer

Full Job Description

Our nationally based client is looking for a Field based Installation and Support Engineer. The role is based from home but you will be visiting client sites in the northern territories (Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow etc).

Your day to day duties will include attending customer sites to undertake installation and repair work.

Your will carry out onsite installations of telephony systems and data connectivity.

Conduct site surveys for site readiness.

Carry out site visits in order to resolve ongoing faults.

You will possess a background in telecoms, and or/IT environments.

It would be advantageous if you have experience of broadband, VoIP telephony, network cabling understanding of a general network and wireless .

You will be a natural problem solver and be able to work with minimum supervision.

In return the company offer a salary of between 24,000 - 27,000 depending upon background, a company van, and more.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
