Here at Chubb Fire & Security we have an opportunity for an Installations Project Coordinator (Account Coordinator) to join our Customer Excellence Teams based in Blackburn  (BB1 2PR) on a 12 month FTC basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position , Secondments are not being considered for this position. 

Job Description

The main goal of this role is to work closely with a dedicated Account Manager to assist with the day-to-day management of an ongoing installation project of one of our large multi-site customers, to ensure all the customer needs are dealt with in a professional, efficient, and cost-effective manner whilst always achieving total customer satisfaction.  

  • To support the project from point of order onwards
  • Monitor and manage Contractor project timelines
  • Monitor and manage equipment delivery lead times in line with agree installation date’s
  • Own internal project tracker
  • Continuous liaison with Chubb branch network throughout project life cycle
  • Responsible For O&M Manuals (content & deployment)
  • Track equipment returns (faulty kit & unused)
  • Track returned analogue equipment and ensure it is sent to Hams Hall and review asset list to ensure it have been catalogued.
  • Liaise with Project Manager’s and gather final account information ready for collation.
  • Attend weekly project delivery meetings via Teams with Project Managers and customer.
  • Attend weekly internal meeting via Teams with Project Managers to discuss ongoing projects.
  • Attend internal meetings with Project Managers and Chubb branch network to review ongoing progress of orders.
  • Chase Contractor for latest and revised / post contract drawings.
  • Manage contractor smalls works orders with Chubb branches and confirm with the contractor

Working Hours:  37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm

Qualifications

What We Would Like You To Bring

You will be an exceptional Administrator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ideally you will have a background in coordinating / supporting volume or national customer accounts or have worked within an account management environment. You’ll be:

  • A natural communicator , with an ability to build rapport both externally and internally.
  • Solution focused  – Strive to understand and resolve potential issues whilst working to SLA’s/Deadlines
  • Solid IT literacy  – Including strong, demonstratable Excel skills, you will be responsible for producing reports.
  • Prioritise workloads & multitask effectively  – You’ll be managing a number of orders at any one time, liaising with people in various roles, all within the timeframes of the project

SALARY : £24,500 per annum (on a Fixed Term Contract basis)
