Who We Are Looking For

 

 

What You Will Work On

 

  • Proactive monitor from multiple sources: OSINT, SOCMINT, RSD, Employees, and paid IMS platforms.
  • Escalate any incidents that require attention and support the Regional Security Directors (RSDs) in the region in their response.
  • Preparation of regional and national Security Alerts, Warnings and Travel security notifications.
  • Operation of Emergency Notification System (ENS).
  • Lead/Coordinate with other Regional SOCs in response to significant situations that may require the resources of more than one operation centre.
  • Support crisis management drills and events for the Europe, Israel and Turkey region.
  • Provide SCM support to employees in the region and business travellers to the region.
  • Act as a single point of contact for employees and travellers, operating a 24/7 phone line and email account to respond to security-related issues.
  • Monitor employee travel submission and approvals.
  • Provide travellers with advice on security-related issues before their journey.
  • Tracking of travellers in specified countries and coordinating actions under country evacuation plans.
  • Assist the ROC Operations Manager in maintaining the complete database of sites, local employees, Globally Mobile Employees (GMEs), and travellers at all times (able to be supplied to the Security Leaders at the time of any crisis and drill).
  • Proactively manage and utilize all security systems monitored, ensuring system and equipment failures or degradations are reported for remedial action and followed to a satisfactory conclusion.

Who You Will Work With

 

The analyst will be part of a team of four Regional Security Analysts, facilitating incident response, crisis management, and employee assistance during emergencies.

They will work closely with the ESOC Manager to support the Senior Security Leaders in the company's Security, Risk and Crisis Management Team (SRCM), employees, and other key stakeholders across the organization.

 

What You Will Bring

 

  • Outstanding research, analysis, and professional writing skills in an analytical environment.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts effectively and confidently into easily understood principals to stakeholders in English to native-level competency.
  • Understanding of security-related concerns in a business environment and ability to make balanced, business-relevant judgments.
  • Ability to manage own time, concurrent tasks, and responsibilities, meet regular deadlines, and effectively handle time pressures.
  • Effective team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong IT skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as International Relations, Security Studies, Intelligence, or related social science.
  • CCTV SIA License is desirable.
