Interim CFO (Retail / Ecommerce)

Full Job Description

Our client is a global, Online Retail firm based in the UK. They have grown rapidly to £50m revenue and are now looking to prepare for their next transaction.

We are looking for an Interim CFO to work closely with the Founders, CEO and C-suite to drive growth, and maximise profitability before an event. You will be integral for maximising shareholder value and running a lean financial operation!

To be considered you will need the following;

• Experience of Exiting a business to Private Equity investors
• Experience in an Ecommerce / Online Retail business
• Strong commercial acumen
• Understanding of working within a PE backed business
