Interim Change Management Lead | Global Technology Business | London
Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with an internationally renowned Technology company to find an Interim Change Management Lead for a 12-month contract.
The Business
Our client are world leaders in the Technology Industry, spanning several continents with £3+ billion annual turnovers. This role has come about from an ambitious transformation project, which shall make a real difference to the international growth of our client.
Based in London, our client is recognised for their modern approach to work-life balance, offering fully flexible working across the week.
The Role
As the Change Management Lead, you shall be responsible for implementing Anaplan and Tableau across all UK divisions. In this strategic position, you shall be working alongside the Project Manager in one of our client’s biggest transformation projects to date, driving performance and planning programmes across the business. Utilizing your Financial Planning and Analysis skills, you shall make a real difference to an international business at the forefront of its industry.
What we need to see (essential):
- Experience in the Telecommunications/Media Industry
- Implementing and delivering new systems
- Fantastic stakeholder management
- Brilliant communication with a problem-solving attitude
What we need to see (bonus):
- Transformation project experience across a Matrix organisation
- Experience with Anaplan/Tableau
Location: London (Hybrid)
Day Rate: £650-£850
