A generalist HR advisor role supporting c200 employees, working closely with a HR Business Partner. This opportunity will work closely with the business to provide advice on a broad range of ER issues, advise on policy, and link in with the wider HR team.

Description
The interim HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Providing front line advice and support to managers and c200 employees.
- Advising on a broad range of ER issues.
- Working closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure a commercial and comprehensive HR service is provided to the allotted business area.
- Working with the wider HR team including Recruitment, Talent, L&D, Reward etc.
- Supporting on a range of disciplinary and grievance casework.
- Providing HR MI with analysis and commentary.
- HR administration.
Profile
The interim HR Advisor will need to have proven experience at advisory level, including:
- Experience of working in a commercial, fast paced environment providing a broad range of ER advice.
- Strong employment law knowledge.
- Confident approach to managing ER casework.
- Strong administration skills.
- Ideally CIPD level 5 qualified.
- Available to start a new role immediately on short notice.

Hourly rate of 19-22/hr (equivalent of 32-36k annual salary)
6-8 month contract
