6-month interim contract – Full time, site based.
Inside IR35 - £450 - £480 per day
Midlands, West Midlands

We have noticed a steep increase in demand for Primary Headteacher/Secondary Headteacher positions within various local authorities based in the Midlands/West Midlands. As the interim Headteacher, you will be reporting directly to the Governing Board to achieve a short-term, deliverable positive outcome for the educational needs of the school.

You will have a proven record of driving academic standards to gain top learning outcomes by creating an environment where students and staff alike can excel.

Your Responsibilities as Interim Primary Headteacher

• You will reinforce strategic leadership by developing and implementing forward-thinking visions for the school’s development.
• Promote a diverse & inclusive environment through the promotion of respect and understanding.
• Inspire, empower, and develop the staff team to encapsulate excellent learning experiences and environments.
• Liaise closely with stakeholders, parents, and students, fostering positive relationships to ensure a standing in the local community.
  
  Your Experience Required as a Primary Headteacher
  
  
• 5 years’ experience within a leadership position in a Primary Education setting
• Experience with Ofsted
• Qualified Teacher status
• Experience developing curriculum for Primary Education

• Experience working as a Primary Interim Head within a neighbouring county.
