International Recruitment Consultant – Western Europe – Audit, Finance and Technology

Never has there been a better time to recruit into international markets where an acute candidate shortage continues to exist. With high demand and limited supply of Advisory, Audit and Technology Talent then our role as international recruitment consultant is critical. Our aim is to bridge the gap between the brightest talent and the best companies efficiently and effectively regardless of geographical boundaries.

We recruit specifically across four specific markets. Audit and Advisory, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services and Technology (Data, Cyber and Digital). We understand that looking for the perfect job opportunity and relocation is a sizable challenge. At Change our international consultants have in-depth market and relocation knowledge – meaning they’ll always be able to offer a deeper understanding of personal and career ambitions.

We are growing our team now and into 2024. To help us do this we are looking for talented recruitment consultants who are keen to continue or start a career within the lucrative and rapidly expanding International Recruitment markets. We have an established brand, successful existing team, strong client base and good leadership and vision for growth. If you have the recruitment experience then we have the platform to help you switch markets quickly and successfully.

• Market leading commission structure with genuine year one earnings of circa £55k and year two - £60-£85k.

It would be nice if you have:

• Experience of international recruitment and knowledge of one or more European language including German, French or Dutch as well as English
• Experience in building a recruitment desk in either contract/temp and perm or dual desk.
• A growth mindset . Be able to talk about how you have continues to learn and improve at things you have done in the past.
• Ability to work on your own remotely and as part of a team.
