The  S kills  You'll Need:  SAP, INCOTERMS, international logistics, oil and gas

Your  N ew  S alary : £30,000

Hybrid 2 days office

Permanent

Start: ASAP

International Trading Support - What You'll be Doing:

Sales & Purchase order completion

• Inputting Sales and Purchase orders to SAP and iTIMS
• International delivery coordination in compliance with trading regulations and procedures
• Issuing accurate shipping/customs documentation and maintaining customer / shipping files
• Issuing invoices and receiving funds (chasing outstanding accounts receivable.)
• Working with Letters of Credit and Performance Bonds.

Managing Enquiries

• Liaising with customers and overseas offices in relation to enquires, sending offers and receiving PO’s.
• Interacting with internal corporate departments for processing internal applications.

Periodical Accounting Closures

• Month end accruals
• Month end closure of iTIMS transactions for SCM sites
• Physical inventory check at stock yard inside/outside if required and company travel policy permits.

International Trading Support - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Must have extensive experience using SAP
• International trade transaction skills (INCOTERMS, Letters of Credit, customs clearance, trade security application)
• Experience in administering international trade (commercial terms, export documentation, VAT, Foreign exchange), ideally in an oil and gas, steel environment
• Experience in arranging international logistics.
• Confident talking on the phone and develop relationship with customers and suppliers
