Manpower Croatia for Petrinja Chicken Company, is looking for ideal candidate to fill in the position of Investment Director (m/f).

Place of work: Croatia / remote

Job description:

• Organization, management and coordination of investment attraction activities
• Creation of a detailed plan for collecting financial resources: description of business strategies, goals, investment projections, credit risk analysis, financial modelling, capital structuring, market analysis and valuation
• Advising the Management on the possibilities of attracting investors and capital under the most favourable conditions
• Raising capital: including preparing presentations for banks, companies, government, foundations, funds and other potential private investors, negotiating investment terms, preparing investment contracts and coordinating with the legal team
• Networking and connecting with potential investors, cooperation with banks and other financial institutions
• Conducting negotiations and creating a basis for contracting credit obligations and investments, as well as planning and structuring of the lending process
• Managing the lending process: Collection and systematization of documents in the preparation phase
• Checking and harmonizing conditions with banks, loan contracting and controlling the fulfilment of conditions per credit transaction
• Adhering to legal regulations and their implementation
• Participation in the preparation of financial, statistical and other reports on business operations
• Proactive communication with investors and maintaining relations.

Requirements:

• Higher specialized education (economics/finances, loans/auditing, investments)
• 10 years of work experience in similar positions
• Advanced English language knowledge (C1 level)
• Experience in working with minimum 100 mil EUR investments
• Understanding bank lending processes, the structure of credit documentation, obtaining a loan
• Managing the process of attracting investors and capital
• Financial risk management
• Business planning, creating an investment plan and management reporting
• Establishing relations with stakeholders (investors, state and tax authorities, rating agencies, banks, auditors, stock exchanges, regulators, etc.)
• Negotiating with investors and creditors.
