The Opportunity:

Finatal are working with a top-tier private equity fund operating in the lower mid-market looking for an investment professional to join a high performing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sought-after private equity firm in a thriving part of the market.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a minimum of two years’ post qualification deal experience.

Responsibilities:

• Focused on execution but involved in all investment operations
• Deal screening and presenting new investment opportunities
• Market and sector research
• Investment appraisal and financial modelling
• Involvement in monitoring the portfolio

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with a minimum of two years’ deal experience post qualification in either Lead Advisory or Transaction Services
• A good understanding of SME’s and the UK lower mid-market private equity space
• Excellent communicator with a high level of maturity
• Highly ambitious and calm under pressure
• Able to deliver high quality work without intense review and oversight
