Investor Relations Manager

Full Job Description

Work experience and education requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in finance, ideally with a foundation in the capital markets.
• Master’s degree and/or post-graduate qualification
• Flexibility to travel internationally

Some key areas of responsibility include:

• Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues, working closely to understand business trends and industry developments
• Support information collation and the preparation of external documents (including presentations, quarterly and annual filings)
• Collation and presentation of feedback to management
• Managing external relationships with key stakeholders, including analysts, investors, and corporate access teams
• Assisting with annual budget preparation and management of department costs
• Assisting and organizing investor events (including flexibility to travel internationally)
