About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate or VP to join our growing Investor Relations team, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our investors' journey. The ideal candidate will have 4-7years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in an investor relations or equivalent team. Whilst familiarity with loan documentation is preferred, we are particularly interested in candidates with strong communication skills, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple stakeholders and a problem solving mindset.

Core Responsibilities

  • Navigate and manage ongoing investor inquiries;
  • Lead investor reporting;
  • Support the transaction allocation processes;
  • Prepare materials for investor RFPs and Fund DDQs;
  • Support fundraising processes from first call to closing; and,
  • Liaise with the NLC portfolio management team and external teams for funding vehicles to facilitate deal closings and associated investors’ funding requirements.
