Overview

Seeking an experienced JDE Analyst who can collaborate with business users, IT teams and support vendors to understand business processes, and analyse and document user requirements. Your expertise in JD Edwards modules and functionality will contribute to optimizing system performance, enhancing business operations, and ensuring smooth system integration.

This is a remote role, however you must reside in the UK. Working full-time (37.5hrs per week) on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements related to JD Edwards modules, such as Finance, Procurement, and Order Management.
  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain JD Edwards applications, modules, and business functions to meet business requirements.
  • Participate in system design, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the successful implementation of JD Edwards solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, including developers and system administrators, to ensure seamless integration and data integrity within the JD Edwards system.
  • Provide end-user training and support, addressing system-related questions, issues, and enhancement requests.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants, if necessary, to implement and maintain JD Edwards system functionality.
  • Ensure adherence to JD Edwards best practices, security guidelines, and data governance policies.
Qualifications
    • 3+ years experience  as a JDE Analyst, preferably with JDE 9.2 or similar version.
    • 1+ years of experience in  Agile (Scrum) methodology experience preferred.
    • Strong functional knowledge of JD Edwards modules, preferably Finance (GL, AP, AR). Knowledge of JDE Procurement, Inventory, Sales Order Processing functionality would also be advantageous. (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management), and Manufacturing.
    • Familiarity with JD Edwards system integrations, data conversions, and interfaces.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive attitude towards learning and keeping up with the latest JD Edwards updates, and industry trends.
    • SOX compliance experience is a plus.
