What you'll do

JTI UK is a certified Top Employer and is committed to being a best practice workplace. You will be part of a People & Culture (P&C) team committed to ensuring JTI UK continues to be a great - and safe - place to work.
Your role sits within the UK P&C Inclusion & Office Operations team which has responsibility for Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Employee Wellbeing, Health & Safety and Office Operations at our UK Head Office. 
You will deliver a range of Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Employee Wellbeing & Health & Safety activities and programmes.  

The team


You’ll be part of a team of eight impactful and friendly employees who have responsibility for various activities, reporting to the Inclusion & Office Operations Director.

The skills you'll need

  • Ideally educated to a Degree level or equivalent; NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent or willing to work towards with the company support
  • Three years’ experience in a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Well-being, Office Operations or Health & Safety role 
  • Experience of business functions & processes, project and data management 
  • Current experience of and knowledge about H&S legislation mandatory
  • Experience of delivering/managing training programmes 
  • Demonstratable interest in People & Culture / HR
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively, prioritising and handling multiple tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Exceptional relationship management skills 
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel & SAP

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum dependent on experience.
