Start Date: Immediate Start

Responsible to: Teacher

Location: Bournemouth

Daily Pay Rate: 90 - 120

Hours of work: Full-Time

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of all students.

- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, fostering their academic and personal development.

- Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom activities and resources.

- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each child.

Requirements:

- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

- Previous experience working in a primary school setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students and differentiate instruction accordingly.

- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and learning.
