Job Title: Junior Architectural Technologist

Location: Kent

Salary: 24,000- 30,000 dependent on experience

I am excited to be actively recruiting for a multidisciplinary Architectural Design Practice whose over 30 years of experience have earnt them an excellent reputation of offering expert designs to a range of sectors including healthcare, commercial, residential and education. Their 20+ team is spread across two offices and are made up of architects, technicians, project managers, building surveying and interior design to name a few. This dynamic, forward thinking practice are seeking a passionate Junior Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative team in Kent.

The successful Junior Architectural Technologist will have strong technical skills being well versed in AutoCAD and having Revit knowledge would be beneficial, furthermore they will have experience producing technical drawings for residential and healthcare projects.

Skills, Experience and responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:

• Degree in Architectural Technology
• Post qualification experience is advantageous
• Be a confident user AutoCAD and ideally Revit
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• Excellent technical abilities
• Awareness of current UK building regulations
• Keen eye for detail and boast design flare
• Great communication skills
• Passionate and driven to continue professional development
• Work well within a team environment
• Assist throughout the design process from conception to completion
• Strong portfolio
• Ideally have experience producing technical drawings for residential and healthcare projects
• Be local to the Kent area
