Junior Exhibition Designer

Full Job Description

A global full-service exhibitions agency is seeking a talented Exhibition Designer with additional project management skills to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and managing the execution of exhibitions and experiential installations from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative exhibition designs that align with client objectives and brand identities.
• Create detailed design proposals, including floor plans and 3D renderings
• Manage project timelines, resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure materials and services required for each project.
• Oversee the production and installation of exhibition elements, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, fabricators, and technicians, to bring design concepts to life.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum designing custom & modular exhibition stands (or similar sector)
• Customer facing
• AutoCAD or VectorWorks
• 3DS Max or Cinema 4D
• PhotoShop & Illustrator
