Junior Master Data and E-comm Assistant

This role is based 5 days a week at our Basingstoke HQ.

The Master Data Team are a critical part of the Operations function. You will be responsible for completing the set up and maintenance of our product data and ensuring all product data is accurate, properly authorised and integrated. You will report directly to the Master Data Manager, providing support to both the Master Data team, and the E-commerce team.

You will work directly with internal business partners to ensure data submissions are compliant with internal audit requirements, troubleshooting and identifying data quality and process improvement opportunities.

Expect to make an impact on team projects and have your own projects to deliver. Be prepared to work with team members from both the Master Data Team and the E-comm Team to transact and prioritise requests for data entry.

• Good commercial knowledge
• Excellent PC Skills with Basic to Intermediate level Excel
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and data analysis skills.
• Flexibility to respond to unanticipated situations, able to manage multiple demands and establish priorities.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and effectively engage with individuals at all levels within the organisation.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, hands-on, can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, able to work under occasionally stressful situations, can be flexible to meet the demands of the business and be a team player.
• Understands the impact to the business resulting from the changes in standards, processes and data quality
