We are now in an exciting phase of expansion and are seeking a Junior Operations Analyst to join our ranks.

The Junior Operations Analyst supports the Senior Operations Analyst in optimising baggage operations. This entry-level role involves analysing baggage data, messaging, and processes to understand trends and inefficiencies.

• Wrangling data from various sources into usable and accessible formats.
• Analysing and understanding processes using the data they generate.
• Reporting on findings in airport operations in an engaging and understandable way.
• Collaborating with the team to prototype tools for analysis of airport processes.

• Familiarity with SQL and experience querying databases.
• Experience in visualising data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to gain insight from complex datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with at least one analytical programming language (R, Python, MATLAB etc.) preferred.
• An interest in logistics and systems for physically moving people or things.
• Bonus: experience with unstructured data storage, airport or material handling environment, or a degree in a numerical subject.
