Junior Sales Representative - Agricultural / Vegetable Machinery - Lincolnshire

We are currently seeking a Junior Sales Representative in Boston, Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will specialise in Vegetable Machinery and will have a passion for modern farming and technology. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of vegetable machinery products to customers in the region.

The Candidate:

Generate new leads and build relationships with potential customers in the region.

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our range of vegetable machinery products.

Manage and develop existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed sales goals.

Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to continuously improve sales performance.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Relevant sales experience in vegetable machinery is preferred, but not essential.

A passion for modern farming and technology.

A forward-thinking, positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Full UK driving license

The Package;

This is a full-time position with a salary range of £25,000-£35,000, depending on experience. The role also includes a commercial car and commission scheme. With on-going training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
