As a Junior Sous Chef you will be organised,focused and raring to go. You will be supporting your Head Chef and Managementteam in leading, coaching and mentoring your team to deliver fantastic qualitydishes at pace every time.

You will play a key role in the overall performanceof the kitchen with a focus on ensuring all dishes are produced to the higheststandard and to specification.
