Weare very excited to be recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to help lead and developour award winning kitchen team. Ideally you'll have experience with fresh foodand managing a large and diverse team. 

 You’llbe working with amazing produce from some of the best suppliers in the country;and alongside talented chefs led by Executive Chef Matt Brown – who has beenHead Chef of two 3 Michelin starred restaurants
