Junior Sous ChefVARIOUS LOCATIONS - 5* HOTELS, MEMBERS CLUBS, AND MICHELIN RESTAURANTS - UP TO £42,000 PER ANNUM OTE - VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN LONDON.
Junior Sous Chef
Different cuisines - Modern British, Asian, Mediterranean, and more
Easy connections with public transport.
40-60 hours per week - overtime & service charge paid in addition to your basic salary.
In-house training provided.
Working with a very talented team of experienced chefs.
Plan your rota far in advance to be able to plan any personal engagements.
Monday-Friday, Monday-Sunday or Tuesday-Saturday
About you
A confident Junior Sous Chef who has experience on different sections and different cuisines.
A self-motivated Junior Sous Chef who has a willingness to learn and fine-tune their knowledge within a very exclusive venue.
A Junior Sous Chef that is both hard-working and reliable. Someone who is true to their word and is passionate about their work.
A Junior Sous Chef with previous experience within 5* hotels, Private Members clubs, Michelin Star Restaurants or equivalent preferred but not essential.
An incredible opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef looking to be surrounded by like-minded chefs in a very luxurious environment.

Food Safety/Food Hygiene Certificates
You must also have your own chef's uniform and knives.
