Junior Videographer / Video Editor

 Position Overview:  Do you want to embark on a dynamic career in videography and video editing? We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our team! This entry-level junior position offers the unique opportunity to work alongside our Lead Videographer and receive comprehensive in-house training to improve your skills in all things related to video production.

The successful candidate will be involved in planning, shooting, and editing a variety of projects, including technical explainers, product marketing, and corporate-style videos. They will create engaging video content for our digital platforms, such as our website and social media channels.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 – £24,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience), so if you are passionate about videography, video editing, and eager to contribute to a pioneering company, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and preparing video sets, including lighting, teleprompters, and audio-visual equipment.
• Coordinate and execute video shoots in line with our content strategies.
• Manage post-production tasks, ensuring timely turnaround of edited content.
• Collaborate closely with management and the Lead Videographer to maintain content alignment with our brand and business goals.
• Continuously seek to improve your creative skills by staying updated with industry trends and insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• University/college degree in video production or related creative field preferred.
• Passion for filming and editing video content.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Strong visual and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing content files effectively.
• Experience with camera operations, wireless lavalier microphones, and basic lighting setups (experience with Blackmagic cameras is a plus).
