Are you a compassionate and inspiring educator with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Telford

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement innovative teaching techniques to meet the individual needs of SEND children.
-Create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to different learning styles.
-Provide personalized support and guidance to students, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
-Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to each student's education.
-Use a variety of assessment tools and methods to monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
-Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture where every student feels valued and empowered.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
*Demonstrated ability to implement a variety of teaching methods and techniques.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and understanding approach.
*Dedication to continuous professional development and a commitment to staying informed about best practices in special education.
