Teaching Assistant (Part Time, Temporary/Permanent) Bristol £12.50 - £15.00 (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications )

This large, ‘Outstanding’ primary school, based in Bristol are looking to appoint a passionate Teaching Assistant to work in a small, Key Stage 1 class on a part time basis. Working in this primary school as part of an established team, the desired Teaching Assistant will be working on a small group basis in KS1 with pupils with SEND. This part time Teaching Assistant role is long term and potentially permanent. Celebrating of individual characteristics and cultural features of our diverse population. Set out to create an environment where children know that they are cared for and safe. Your day-to-day job will be supporting the class teacher, by helping and motivating the class.

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

• Experience of working with primary school aged children
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team
