KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Job Summary: As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in key account management, a deep understanding of our industry, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic account management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
    • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
    • Act as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns.
  2. Account Development:

    • Develop and implement account plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
  4. Contract Negotiation:

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients.
    • Ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
  5. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare regular reports on account status and performance.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in key account management
  • Strong understanding of our products/services and the industry landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
