Full Job Description

We are seeking a result oriented and proactive Key Account Manager to join our sales team in London for the brand OPPO. It operates in over 40 countries and regions with a workforce of over 40,000+ employees that strive to create beautiful products for the world. This newly created role, within OPPO’s European Sales Team, will be a hybrid role encompassing New Business Development and Key Account Management of existing Channel Partner Accounts.

About This Role:

The NBD Key Account Manager is responsible for managing designated Channel Partner Accounts across the UK&I. Additionally, they will be tasked with identifying, assessing, and developing new business opportunities across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate through complex corporate environment and identify opportunities to facilitate the development of OPPO’s brand awareness and sales growth across all touch points within the client business. The candidate should also possess robust experience in sales planning and management process and understand how to effectively build long-term partnership with each Channel Partner Account.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth understanding of the key account to formulate the appropriate account strategy
  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end sales planning process including
  • Identification and assessment of New Business Opportunities
  • Conduct initial requirement gathering
  • Develop customized NPI presentation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure Trading Agreements
  • Develop annual sales forecast and lifecycle management plan
  • Develop product sales and promotion plan
  • Coordinate product launch planning and implementation plan
  • Monitor product launch and in-life sales initiative execution
  • Plan product end of life management
  • Work with multiple stakeholders across the client organisation to effectively drive the achievement of joint planning sales targets and account specific initiatives
  • Develop and deepen account partnership through identifying synergistic opportunities, cementing key/senior stakeholder engagements, and facilitating the broader level collaboration between OPPO and the client organisation
  • Lead and work with various teams internally to collectively deliver account service of the highest standard ensuring the needs of all client touch points are adequately addressed

  9. High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is a must.
