KS1 TA with Intervention Background in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire

In this full-time role, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, you will provide targeted support to Key Stage 1 students, delivering interventions to enhance their learning experience. We are seeking individuals with a passion for education and experience or training in delivering interventions to support students' progress.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with classroom educators to identify students in need of additional support and design tailored intervention plans to address their individual learning needs in Key Stage 1.

• Implement engaging and effective intervention strategies to support students' academic progress and development.

• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.

• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to classroom teachers and adapting interventions as needed.

• Build positive relationships with students, fostering a love for learning and promoting their confidence and independence.


Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience or training in delivering interventions within Key Stage 1, with a focus on supporting students' academic progress.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.

• Enthusiasm for supporting students' learning and a commitment to their academic development.

This is a full-time, long-term position with a daily rate of £85-£100, working during term time.
